Move him on, never been a striker let alone a striker good enough to play for us.

He put it on a plate for Forrest tbf, did ok when he came on..

But, laughing and smiling right before he entered the field sums up the squads current 2nd gear mentality..

We're one nil down to St. Johnstone and you're not good enough to start ffs..

Huge chance at the end , should have scored.
He was pretty decent other than that .

Think we all know he's not going to set the Heather alight here or be a star .
20m on him and Engels was criminal let's have it right.

Ya, he’s not going to last at Celtic much longer, I don’t think - another season, at best.

Would snap your hand off if a team came in with half of what we paid.

Utterly average, at best, in every department of his game. Not particularly quick, doesn't bully defenders, doesn’t bring others in to the game enough, not a great finisher, and worst of all he looks uninterested most of the time.

Comfortably the worst of our 3 strikers this season and yet he cost much more than Kyogo and Maeda combined.

    Stinking recruitment.

Said umpteen times last year it was if he was the only option our recruitment team and manager considered. Way overpaid. He didn't get pre season with us. Playing catch up from the start. Will give him another season to see how he performs.

Think it's safe to say, for the price we stupidly let ourselves get in to paying, he's been a flop.

Not saying he is utterly *, nor saying we shouldn't have signed him

But being rinsed for £9m and what he's offered this season, that's a flop.

The Kilmarnock game end of last season sold most folk on bringing him to the club and I think most accepted it was the £5m approx value.

But to then get rinsed for nearly twice that, for Norwiches third * striker, who they actively wanted to sign someone else to replace him with, is mental!

PL and the board get a lot of credit for the great deals and financial side of things at the club, but that has to be one of the most stupidest moments in a long time.

Sometimes I fail to see what we achieve with him other than making up the numbers. He has moments of good football, not fantastic football. Should be doing more in front of goal, he's big enough and strong enough to bully defenders maybe it's a confidence thing, maybe it's lack of games or maybe it's just not his temperament. Don't know? Could be he's just a bottle merchant deep down like quite a few of his team mates. Playing just for a wage isn't the Celtic way and some players just aren't doing enough at the moment in my eyes. Show some fight, show some passion, show some desire, show you're good enough to grace the colours you wear. Another season? Maybe if he shows us something between now and the end of the campaign.

Thought he did well in some aspects, some good linking up and a few nice touches. Still inconsistent though, was hoping his progress would be a lot quicker. Lot of work still to do.

Defended him a lot this season but I just don't think he's very good.

His positioning inside the box is awful, it's poor in general tbh, seems to drift to the wing far too often.
