According to Juco James from the Huddle Breakdown podcast, his data shows that he's performing at a similar level to McCowan domestically, which is absolutely * galling considering Engels cost 11x the price of McCowan and has had far more minutes

If he can't perform well at Celtic Park against a hun side 16 points behind us in the league before kick off, if he can't show for the ball enough under those circumstances by instead preferring to hide far too often from taking ownership of the ball, then he'll never make it here, got absolutely zero * confidence in him popping up with a goal unless it's a penalty
