I think he will see out his contract this time but if we win another treble and get to the knockouts of the CL then its inevitable hes going to start being linked with a load of mid table prem teams again.

Because he left before is the reason. So folk thinking he is wanting to fall out with the support again to make it easier to * off.

    Unreal.

He's so far wide of the mark with his comments particularly the Tierney stuff. He has absolutely robbed us of comedy gold on SSB tonight

I don't think it's a big deal really. Timing felt odd from someone who usually speaks so deliberately, coming after his team got pumped by a rangers side who looked more up for it than Celtic. I don't think a decent game against St Mirren means fans instantly forget that.

Singing about Tierney didn't make much sense to me, but to interpret that as being anti Taylor was a bit weird.

I don't think it means anymore than him being in a bit of a mood

He was deflecting from the disaster that was last Thursday. He should know better than to take it out on the fans though

One thing for sure, the Tierney song will get belted out in the next game.

What's mental is that he didn't really need to deflect from last Thursday. The hun result at Easter Road combined with us winning did that job for us.

    Just needlessly creating some infighting

Lucky if we don't sing the Ange song too

  11. He defended the patient build-up, and defended Taylor. Both things I'd expect to hear from him, even though I hate patient build-up. Taylor has given his best to us, and we don't have Tierney yet.

The problem for Brendan is lots of people don't trust him or like him for the way he left...it's not wise to get the backs up of people who you will never be flavour of the month with.. keep a relationship with the fans instead having them thinking who the * are you after what you done to lecture us on anything. This needs to put out to bed asap for the best of him the team and the fans.

Bit weird as BR was the one cavorting KT, just a few weeks back. So he is the one that would be upsetting GT. Not the fans. Anyway not 100 per cent sure. But with GT now apparently looking for an extension and KT not over the line, just hope the KT deal doesn't become a white elephant. Time will tell on this one.

When you read what was said about Taylor it was about staying to the summer rather than signing a new deal. That would probably suit him better as he would likely get more money if there was no fee for him.

Brendan shouldn't have brought up Taylor's name.
Nobody was thinking of Taylor when we were singing for Tierney, who is one of us.
This has only put an unwanted bullseye on Taylor's back.

You're probably right mate but it's mental.

Crucial part of the season and we're going to give a "get it up you" to our manager and a first team player. Only at celtic

I first thought something was off since he said that whole "people who couldn't manage their way out of a paper bag" comment. Who was he referring to?

What's the bets some bottom half EPL mediocrity merchants are tapping him up

He was talking about journalists. He's did nothing but try and defend his style of play to them since he came back. He put on a session for them last season trying to explain that his style of play was attack minded.

He's definitely alot thinner skinned 2nd time round. I think the constant comparisons with Ange when he came back touched a nerve.

  20. To be fair, in the Brugge game, we passed the ball back into our own net, so it probably isn't a good example for him to use.:56:

The groans annoy me sometimes, but they weren't that bad yesterday, certainly no booing. Our fans can be bad when we're losing a game we're expected to win, though..
