Zero urgency. Distinct lack of any creativity. The players looked like they were moving with rocks attached to their shoes at times. It was as if they started the game at 90 minutes and played the entire game in extra time, they looked that gubbed. Can’t say I’m happy with that performance and we are lucky the opposition were poor and couldn’t take advantage of our flat performance by nicking a goal.

A draw is a great result, think of the bigger picture and don't be concerned about the result tonight..

Created nothing and never tried hard enough to get a win. Away games in the CL won't get any easier than that so what more did they want? The manager has far too much faith in Hatate who should have been hooked long before he was. Only if we are at or near our best will we pick up wins in the CL and, at the moment, we have too many players off-form or just not good enough to begin with. Ralston, Taylor, Hatate, Maeda and Kyogo were all poor tonight and Kuhn, Bernardo and Engels didn't contribute enough either. We make far too many basic, needless errors every game to be a competent European side. We'll get some results and produce the odd good performance sure but in terms of being a consistent threat we're still miles away.

Lots of talk about us being lethargic, I don't think that's the issue.
    It's bottle, pure and simple.
We shrink deep onto our shell, start talking 3 touches and not one, pass back constantly and don't take responsibility (Kuhn and back 4 only exceptions).
Our midfield, like v. Brugge, shat it.
We desperately need a top drawer #6 and captain.

This does affect the bigger picture.

But regardless of that, a draw tonight is not a great result at all. It's fine. But we should have won that game.

Think you're being harsh to Dinamo there. Think they were set up well and they hit us on the counter.

Slovan never laid a glove on us and we ripped them apart time and again.

Hard to do that against 6 men behind the ball.

Nah, just because we dominated the ball means eff all when you're creating absolutely nothing and giving up some pretty big chances.

You're not guaranteed anything from any game of football, doesn't mean there aren't standards and expectations.

That was a hard watch. Also a hard game to analyse. Some people on here going on like we were playing St. Mirren. This was a team one point behind us in the standings. OK they are decimated with injuries but you could see they played not to lose and maybe nick a goal on the counter. Tactically they were happy to let us have the ball and we just didn't have enough to play through them.

Overall have to be happy with a point. 9 altogether now and with Young Boys to come to Celtic Park and a win seeing us into the play off, we would have snapped your hand off for that when the draw was made.

A major concern however has to be Hatate and Engels form. Engels looks shorn of confidence and his decision making has really suffered. Hatate blows hot and cold and at the minute he is cold as ice. Thankfully McGregor and Bernardo are pretty reliable but they need to sort it out ASAP.

We played like we were happy for a draw, we tried to calm the game and slow the pace down

    This.

People are forgetting just how bad a state Zagreb are in. We should’ve been taking advantage of that and instead lacked the bravery for it

Is this your first time watching Celtic away from home in the champions league?

Of the teams in the bottom 8, can only see Stuttgart and/or psg getting to 9 points... Zagreb will also struggle to add to their points.

It would have been better if you'd have started mate. Why you were on the bench is beyond me.

I don't care if it's away in the Champions League. Zagreb tonight were Conference level at best.

Why have we been conditioned into accepting a horrible performance just because we didn't lose? It's really concerning. We should have come out the traps fast tonight and battered them, we're better than them and the rewards of winning that game should have been a huge motivating factor.

Limp dicked performance if I've ever seen one.

That's too far. Slovan could not defend well, and Dinamo have. They also used their share of possession more effectively.
