Morning all.
Lifetime Celtic fan here, currently living in Gloucester, England.
My first Celtic shirt was a home made (Gran was handy with the needles), '67 "replica" when I was a few months old in 1968!
Yes I'm an old *, so I've witnessed the glory and the disappointment .
Great to finally be on here and looking forward to some enlightening chats.

Always good to have some more old blood around these parts. And that is pretty cool about your gran. As it happens, one of my grans knitted my first scarf, lol

 

The old timers new how to operate didnt they pal.
No "mega superstore" club shops , but they made do with love and effort.

There is a big Irish club by the train station, as far as supporters clubs we used to go to cardiff years ago, easy from lydney. Local landlord puts it on for me just to shut me up lol. Last game I watched was out in Madrid, but not been up to an home game since before lockdown, used to take my son up about 2/3 times a year tbh.
