I hope it's not a speech informing the fans of how players wage demands are the reason we spent less money than our rivals.

I still think we'll win the league but I've more or less given up hope of progressing in the CL.

 

why give up hope?at least give it a chance to start

 

12 weeks to purchase a lb and nothing. With the Huns out of Europe this was AGAIN another opportunity to seriously put the huns in the shade. Both strachan and lawell seem to come out with 2 different stories yesterday slightly contradicting each other.

Not buying strachan's "we'd have to spend £15m to buy someone better than mick or caldwell" We could have used the extra cash from the knuckle-draggers not qualifying and TG wages to push the boat out a little and further strengthen our title defence and a another decent euro campaign.

Disappointing summer transfer wise imo. Least we got rid of TG tho.

But will will continue to support the team & board Regardless.

 

But we've kept our good players when the premiership came sniffing, thats something we've never done..

 

Who came sniffing for who? Have we turned down any bids? I knew there was interest in Boruc and VOH from the German side but I haven't heard anything else.

 

Strachan DID NOT say Larsson was not coming, bacause he refused to answer any media questions regarding Henrik.

Then the media say " STRACHAN RULES OUT LARSSON RETURN"

Yep all our stars are on long term contracts so no EPL clubs even made solid bids
