    I googled there when you said back injury and it does seem thats what it was around December that had him out a while.

    Wonder if he used to do a lot of shoulder and whatever excercises, maybe weights but stopped from the back problem and lost a lot of muscle from those areas.

    I mind clocking it right away soon as he returned to the bench when he was back in February or whenever, he looked "normal" when before he was one of the more bulky looking players you'd seen round the arms and shoulders, even Iwata you could tell looked more well built than him. From the last game he has put a bit back on but not fully what he was before.

    He did compare him to Danny McGrain, after all..

    Should start Saturday.

    Head and shoulders above Iwata and McPherson even if its just 45 mins he's had for pre-season. Not without risk given he's coming in raw like CCV.

    Was a good 45 for Ralston who can often look rusty after time out the team. Playing a more traditional fullback role should suit him too, as he is good at overlapping and getting crosses in.
