    Maresca for me is just Ronnie Deila MK2... As an assistant manager, or a head coach under a DOF, I'd say fine... Drop him into the main job and it's a collosal gamble.

    I'd imagine, just like Ronnie, he'd still collect most of the domestic stuff on back of being competent, but I'd have no faith he'd move us forward or that he'd make an impact in Europe. Pretty sure we'd lose players too, with others not joining on the back of the appointment

    No thanks. Couple of things worry me about this link.

    1. The Moch on KDS said we had interviewed 2 people who weren’t on the bookies list.

    2. German media are usually on the ball with their stuff. Not quite like UK Sky Sports. They’re far more reliable.

    Hopefully it’s a case of a manager throwing his hat in the ring and giving them an interview out of professional courtesy.
