Celtic 3-1 Rangers (Huns goal to be a late consolation that is then used by the media to showcase how this Rangers team can hurt Celtic in the semi-final)

Their starting xi will be very interesting.

Their back five picks itself, Kent will be guaranteed starters. Morelos will probably start over Colak, too.

If Cantwell and Raskin started in the final, they would've won 5-0. If Raskin is fit, he'll start. Cantwell will start as well.

Tillman just scored a brace so he's hard to drop but Sakala has given us problems with his pace before.

They have huge issues in the middle of the park if they start Tillman and Cantwell. Both will do * all when asked to roll up their sleeves. Both will go missing and are very attacking. I'd love for Cantwell and Tillman to start. It'd completely unbalance their team and they'll have no pace apart from Kent up top.

Jack and Lundstram behind that attack :36::35:

I seen 15mins of their game yesterday and if you switched their top to an Aberdeen or hearts top, you wouldn’t notice.

they are a very basic, average side. To a man. Couple of decent players, but that’s it. If we’re at it from the first minute and just show zero respect, we will batter them. They’re due a hiding from us, and I have a feeling we win this by 2 or 3.

They will never start a midfield of Tillman, Raskin and Cantwell.

It’ll be Tillman defo, one of Raskin or Cantwell (probs Cantwell) and one of Lundstrum or Jack as the defensive midfielder. And if Beale starts Jack and Lundstrum as two defensive midfielders, then the Hun horde will turn on him.

We’ll treat them like we do every team. There’s no any doubt about how Ange will approach the game or how he’ll set up. We will do the same as we do every week.

I know that but Ange likes his players to be versatile, having Hatate at right back worked well also.
Yuki is very good on the ball, has a good first touch and is strong in the tackle. Moves well with the ball as well.
I don't see why he would not be an option, good as Bitton in that position I would think, and a better header of the ball and tackler than Bitton ever was. Also has a great left foot.

I wouldn't be starting Bernabei. He's far too much of a liability defensively at the moment and struggles positionally in the inverted fullback role.

I wouldn't be surprised if he played Iwata in there if Taylor was unfit - he can play anywhere in the back line and is far better defensively.

Absolutely no way Ange would play Yuki in the 6 role. It'll be McGregor in there, maybe Iwata at a push. But to play a CB, who's hardly featured so far, as a 6 is never going to happen.

He has played at RB many times, but not LB- might find attacking down that side awkward. If both Hatate and Mooy are fit, then Hatate could slot in at LB.

Still think he could do a better job than Bernabei lol. Hatate is a shout but I wouldn't want to take his creativity in the midfield. Ange has suggested Taylor should be fine si fingers crossed

I hope they go with Tillman and Cantwell in the middle. The latter seems to be playing a deeper role for them and buzzing about without a defensive bone in his body. The former has been overrun in every game he's played against us, particularly by Hatate..

Jack looks like he'll start as well..

We'll run over the top of them. I watched their game and United, who are utterly useless, got through them a few times around the box untroubled..

Anytime I've watched them thats been the case actually. Whoever they're playing having midfield runners no tracked and beyond them..

They've got a real lack of legs and mobility across their side. Midfield and at the back they can't cope with runners and being pressed..

We'll go at them early, they'll flap it and get deeper and deeper...and I'll be amazed if we don't get that early-ish goal..

Nerves are shredded already ffs !

Stadium sans Der Hun, better first 11, better squad, better manager, better EVERYTHING! But this fixture gives me the * boak with nerves.

As a rule of thumb, I'm NEVER confident, and I never predict cricket scores.

My head says we'll destroy them, and put that Michael Myers mask wearing Delboy * back in his * box.
My heart is too busy * itself to make any prediction.

These * games turn on a dime, and they WILL have their spell of possession and cause problems. We need to be focused and ruthless, and send them back to Castle Frankenstein rehearsing their apologies for the mutants in the morning.

    * do them Celtic!

From our point of view I am hoping Hatate and Mooy make it as that midfield yesterday just didn’t work. Even if it is just Hatate that makes it, as we have a big problem with mobility in our midfield without him. Mooy’s class would also be a big plus to have even just to bring on if he wasn’t fit for 90 minutes.

On them they seem to be trying to implement some weird style of attacking play. I watched a lot of their game vs Motherwell and just saw the highlights of the weekend. In both games they seem to be looking to bring Kent deeper into the midfield and almost giving him a free role allowing Barasic to overlap down the left. The strange part is in both those games the player who is meant to be the right winger is coming central and taking up either a false 9 (if Cantwell) or centre forward (Sakala) position with their recognised striker drifting wide right whether that is Colak or Morelos. There attacking centre midfielder Cantwell or Tillman then is pushed on and seems to have a free role with Jack and Lundstrum or I guess Raskin sitting quite deep or at least one of them does with the other arriving late around the edge of the box.

The other thing that stood out to me is they look really open and exposed at the back Dundee Utd should have got a couple of goals at the weekend and had a number of opportunities to run through on their CB’s who look lost trying to play a higher line.

It is a strange system but seems to be something they are actively working on, overloading the right flank. They then revert to their old trick try the big switch between full backs to let Barasic cross.

It will be interesting to see if they play Sakala or not, if they do then I suspect they will revert to the old long balls towards our left back tactic. However, if he wants to play Tillman and Cantwell I am not sure where he plays Sakala unless he starts him as the striker and drops Morelos and Colak.
