In the Sunday Herald, there is an interview with Celtic Chief Exec Peter Lawell.

    You can read it here.

Job For The Bhoy (from Sunday Herald)

The guy talks about a few things, Tommy Burns, the end to the season, Rangers fixture MADNESS - all interesting.

Mr Lawell seems to make a whole load of sense when he speaks to the press, everything he says is a measured, articulate response. The journo's always have a hard time tripping him up about anything.

I think a huge amount of Celtic's success in the past 5 years is down to him, and it just shows the difference it makes having the right man running your club, properly.

A job for as long as he wants it surely. Lets hope he wants it for a long time yet.

great interview there ,PL knows the values that come with celtic ,he has a good head for business and he seems knowledgable enough to understand the game aswell ,he speaks well of tommy burns and what celtic meant to him ,think tommy rubs shoulders with people and celtic rubs on to them, thats the way basically GS spoke of tommy, PL i hope is around a a few years yet ,he said hes enjoying life at parkhead ,and the players ,management ,the fans ,seem to like what he is trying to achieve at celtic , a good guy i think

Wake up ladies !!!!...Remember the first game of last season when after a 0-0 draw with Kilmarnock , the boos rang out because of a lack of signings on the back of our previous title win , I will look out for the names on this PL post and "remind" you guys of your pre season thoughts :)

Let me explain this, we are all on an air of invincibility due to the huns exiting europe at an early stage , did the same thing not happen to us wi Artmedia and we went on to win the title ?...PL makes Celtic money , that is his job as CE, it's where the purse strings get loosened and we spend aforementioned money , i'm just not seeing it men !

Great interview. You can't doubt this mans passion and desire for the club to succeed. Hi comments with regard to WGS and the way he came across to the Celtic family after Tommys death were spot on. I was a Strachan hater.......he used to really give me the pip the way he carried on in the media........but the tragic events of last season not only brought out the humility in the man it showed us that he cared. Like PL he is loving it and is along for the ride.........I suspect that also like PL he will know himself when it's time to go.....I for one think he's got ano few titles to go yet :celt_2:
