Good performance, couple of lovely saves, the tip with his toe onto the post was stunning.

 

Love how many people wrote him off but I'm glad he's doing the basics well and enjoying his time here... people need to help him find a house to live in instead of a hotel!

 

Absolutely. Hart is massive for us, it's not just his goalkeeping ability, he's huge for us.

I was harsh on him when he managed to concede 2 goals in a game, twice. But here, every praise he gets, he deserves. Looked safe in every way. That first save required a bit of luck, but at least that can be supplied- the four-leaf clover.

 

I love that he’s chucked a cushy contract to come here and have one last hurrah. Even putting Celtic to one side I’d love this to work out for him.

I said at the start he would come good for us. I’m glad to see it’s working for him. So much passion and leadership…everything Barkas was lacking.

 

What a difference seeing him in goals compared to that silhouette we signed from Greece

Makes such a difference having a keeper prepared to make a few crucial saves, but also prepared to command hs area and marshall his defence. On the radio commentary they mentioned duing a stoppage in play with 5min to play he was giving Walsh, Starfelt & CalMac what for, to make sure they managed the game in the closing stages. Exactly what you want from a keeper of his experiece.

 

Also I should have added in my post, look Big Foster this is what you could have had but you wanted to sit on a bench and collect a silly wage.

If that other keeper would have been on goal tonight it would have been a totally different story. This is why having a top class keeper is crucial

 

That save in the first minute is exactly what we've been missing since Forster, Barkas or Bain concede that and it's a completely different tie

He's a great guy, keeps this up and he could be the Celtic No.1 for many seasons ahead
