    * him. Clean cut, get the * out. We didn't care about the league so what about a couple of million.

What if he wasn't interested in the bidding club and his agent told him to hang fire for 6 months and sign a pre-contract & bank a big signing on fee?

We renewed Sinclair's contract at £35k a week thinking a club would sign him then we ended up losing a fortune when he didn't go.

The truth is Ntcham should have been shifted long ago. Another failure of the squad management.

Always possible bud, which is another reason why we’ve done this. His attitude is * stinking and we need that sort of cancer away from the club

Aye, he'll be on a whack of a contact after he agreed the extension, probably £30k per week, so it's a £1.6 million gamble to take up the extension, which could backfire - as it did with Sinclair.

It's frustrating that he walks out the door for nothing, given we were getting offered £14m a few seasons back but as you say it's worth it to get his poisonous attitude out the club. It's the beginning of a new era and we can't have any lingering rotten apples.

Although results never changed much when he * off on loan, Eddy looked much happier, this * must have been moaning in his ear 24/7 at how pish it was at Celtic.

Puts a few things into perspective. Not making excuses for Lennon as he certainly played a large part in things going to * this season, but by the same token, you can only assume that the fact this guy’s contract has been cut short after a failed loan move is due to us not wanting him around the club. How * stinking must his attitude have been for it to get to that point? Therefore guys like Ntcham being kept here, against their will, were as much a reason for this shitshow as Lennon. We should’ve sold to Porto in 2019. What was it? 14 * mill?

Just seeing this. A manager resigns off the back of your signing and your parent club are more than happy to cut your contract short. How bad must your attitude need to be for that....still only 25 as well. Can see him quickly tumbling down the football ladder unless he has a personality transplant pronto.

I still.hope he goes on to good things, he contributed to some great times. That goal in Rome.

But he needs to screw the nut. Wasting his ability

To be offered £14m and then terminate his contract must be pure pain for the board.

Another to add to the list of * ups of late.

Glad he's gone either way though, shocking attitude on and off the pitch too it seems.

I really doubt that. He's flopped at Celtic and Marseille and shown himself to have a bad attitude why would anyone pay 2m. We had to get rid of him - what's the point of paying his wages for another year while he trains with the youths. Best for the club and him.

Hopefully this is true, sometimes you need to cut your losses.
A couple of decent memories and none more so than Rome but the guy is a * and needs booted in the baws.
If I remember right we could have got £9m from porto for him, nice one rodgers
