How many St Johnstone managers do you know who have gone on to manage Celtic or in the English Premier league?

 

I haven’t touted anyone. I’d be happy with Howe. Purely because he’s managed a lower league club in the best league in the world so he obviously knows what he’s doing. Every appointment is a gamble. But Callum Davidson is a gamble that our club won’t take, thankfully

 

Callum's best chances of manging a bigger club will be in a few years time. As stated above he has the potential. He was also involved with the national team.

You literally asked that thinking I wouldn't be able to name any, don't lie, also, given what Callum Davidson has achieved in his first season, looks like he'll go on to have a far better managerial career than Owen Coyle that's for sure

Howe has more in common with Coyle than Davidson, both got their teams promoted to the EPL and both got their teams relegated from the EPL, but you crack on because you clearly know what you're talking about

 

Brilliant! Let’s get Callum Davidson in then. Just the man to rebuild a club our size with the massive player turnover we need, not to mention the European qualifiers we have to overcome in a short period of time.
