Loving the atmosphere of the photo,i can feel it from here Susan

 

Foxes back this morning for their morning feed. They’d been coming every day since the start of lockdown in March but hadn’t been for a few days. Cheered me right up Hotdogs was the menu for them today

got the opposite problem , fox doing a lot of damage in the garden and leaving its mess all over .. I havn't saw it but neighbours have , and really want it to move on .

 

Had a wee flock in for breakfast this morning , not a lot to eat there so I went down to the hut in the freezing cold and got a big scoop out the bag of seeds for them , then broke up all the scraps I had for the birds in a bowl and scattered them as well .

Achh , I just like to look out for the birds in the winter Jeannie , signed up for the Big Garden Birdwatch again , went a walk along the Newton Shore the other day and as you know I'm only a few miles down the coast from you but I dont get the diversity of birds you take photos of , just mainly gulls . I dont think there can be a food source for them here or mibby they just like your area better .

A few from this mornings walk, i've been laid off for the forseeable due to the pandemic so have time on my hands and the weather is good but cold so had a good long walk along the Garavogue.

 

A few I.D.s querys in the last batch for the twitchers among us, the wee brown bird?, Red throated diver? Grebe?
