It's great to see as well just how indirectly, now anyway, the Scottish national team is filled with Celtic talent.

Obviously it's cheating to add Robertson.

But the likes of our current guys, McGregor, Forrest, Christie, Griff and Mikey should be there should he get his self back into our 11.

Tierney, Marshall, Armstrong as well. Guys who are enjoying their careers because of what they did in a Celtic shirt.

Well that is what i thought but it was said on a celtic podcast it runs out next summer.

 

Nov 2018 he signed a new 3 year deal.

 

Says on one of the Celtic podcast he's only on £8000 a week and surely he will be offered a better contract as he's been one of our better players .

 

No wonder we can't keep our best players,yet we spent stupid money for loan deals.

 

I'll be honest, I wasn't sure about this boy personality-wise. Thought he was maybe getting too big for his boots and thinking he was something special, but that tearful interview last night showed me how wrong I was.

Great player, great attitude and if we've not always seen the best of him this season, I think it's purely down to him trying too hard to make things happen in a misfiring team. Fair play to him.
