Doubt even if we sold Forrest and Frimpong right now and got no replacements he'd still get any game time under Lennon.

Wow how are you not a scout or manager for a top team? You seem to have this lads career mapped out to a T.

Did it ever occur to you that maybe he isn’t as good as he is made out to be? Lennon gave Frimpong his chance so what is your excuse for that but not giving Dembele a shot?

 

Nah, but it doesn't take a genius to see the limited game time that Dembele (or Connel) has had to know that his career would benefit (for us and him) if the lad was afforded some more game time, specially considering we do not have a reserve league.

Frimpong got tossed in through necessity, same as Christie eventually was, same as Welsh eventually was.

All great when it finally works out for the lads, but it should not take enforced multiple injuries for a young lad to get some basic game time.

I swear the man is ageing at an exponential rate. For as much * as we give him, if nothing else I believe he still cares at least. The stress of the job is doing a number on him.

 

My wife said Neil Lennon hasn't looked "right" since the start of the season and I would have to agree. He does look stressed and has put on a bit of weight but ain't we all these days. If it is the stress that is having an effect on both his physical and mental health well being then surely there would be people around him at the club to help assist him running the team as well as providing emotional support.
