    Don't see the point, we have other priorities. Bain is fine for back up and one of the younger guys should be making a step up to 3rd. I'd assume it's Hazard since Doohan has gone on loan.

    We don’t need another goalkeeper.

    CB, LB, striker and winger should be the priorities.

    I don't mind him either but wouldn't say no to David Marshall or Ulreich over him.

    Tbh he's just sn average Spl keeper. He had a good game at Ibrox on loan and could play with his feet when Rodgers was here. So we hyped him up.
    If Marshall was willing to come in as number 2. It would be an improvement.

    At 32 he will still have years ahead of him, can't see him coming in to play second fiddle. But I do think we need someone better than Bain in all honesty. He's decent but that's it.

    if he signed here he would be right up there in the fight to be our no 1 imo, always been a decent backup to nuer cant knock the level he has been playing against aswell budesliga is right up there maybe this is the year we flex a bit in the market but im no holding ma breath

    I don’t see this happening, purely because I don’t see why he’d leave a back up role at Bayern (albeit they’ve signed a new keeper this summer, so he’s further down the pecking order) for a similar role here.

    That said, any experienced goalkeeper who’s worked with Neuer for years could be a great asset to help out with the younger keepers’ development.

    If we’re still in the market for a keeper then the guy to sign is David Marshall. Has issued a come and get me plea, is a Celtic fan, a good keeper, knows the script and is clearly happy coming in knowing he’ll be backup unless he forces his way in somehow.

    Because he was getting Scott Allan the other way it was a no brainer strengthen the team he loves .... we needed cover at the time and strengthen his team in the middle of the park
