    Great list! A few thoughts:

    1) What about Mohammed Salim, an Indian who played in 1936

    2) Although Regi Blinker represented Holland, he was actually born in Suriname

    3) Bahrudin Atajic held dual nationality and although he represented Bosnia, he was actually born in Sweden

    4) You've missed Konrad Kapler, a Pole who played in the 1940's

    5) Although Benyu played for Zimbabwe, he was born in England
