Tomasz Kuszczak for Celtic?

Heard this going about lately... anyone know for sure whats happening?

we dont need to sell so why cant we keep hold of him

He obviously wants to leave and has made that pretty clear. He stated Bayern wanted him, showing he wants a move. He also said he signed a new contract so that the club could demand a large fee for him. We should get around £12m for him. If a few clubs go aftet him, it could be more.
I just don't want this to drag on then have him leave under * circumstances.

Let him go, he's been fantastic for us and I wish him all the best.

 

Whens he made it clear that he wants to leave ? celtic have said they wont be selling there best players so i cant see him going anywhere tbh.

 

celticdaftdan, if you think we will rebuff a good transfer fee for Boruc, you're kidding yourself. every player has their price.

he hasn't said that he wants away, he has said, however, that he signed the contract so that Celtic can get a good transfer fee for him.

its a matter of when Boruc leaves, not if.

btw Kuszczak is utter pish.

no no no no no no! Kuszczak is pure pish, worse than M.Brown in my opinion. i can't believe anyone would think he is a worthy replacement for the holy one. the whole point of getting a goalie to replace Boruc is try at least fill half the hole he leaves behind him. with Kuszczak we'd be lucky to fill a 1/4 of that hole.

i told my Man Utd friend about this rumour and he laughed in my face shouting 'you can have him for free'.

 

would never happen. Man Utd have Van Der Saar, they won't have two first team choices in their squad. it just wouldn't work.

when have you ever seen him play? he plays twice a season and in one of them this season he had an absolute stinker.

 

I think like Kuszczak, Van Der Saar is also quite poor, and have thought this for some time. I think the only good keeper out the supposed big 4 in the EPL is Cech of Chelsea. Reina's ok I guess but still not good enough for one of them. Suprises me to not hear more about them being linked with Boruc considering Bayern seem a bit pants at the moment and Milan not even getting a CL spot for next season.

name just sprung to mind. what about that lad from shalke. i watched him against barca and he was the stand out with some impressive saves! neuor or nuer or sumthen like that. think he only about 20 aswell

 

Manuel Neuer will set you back 15 million.

 

yeah and he is one of Europes hot prospects with Man Utd, Barca, Bayern Munich etc keeping tabs on him. no chance.
