    See man * played phil foden tonight, 17 year old getting game time for them. Seemingly pep taken to him. Plays central mud, but seemingly can also play right mid.

    Diaz, teenage attacking Spanish player, can also play comfortably on the right wing it seems as well. Also getting his debut this season.

    Leroy sane playing regular as a youngster (OK 21).

    Plus all the others man city have that play in Roberts position, or capable of playing there.

    Genuinely think we could get the kid permanently. City clearly have an abundance of talent there, some seem to be favoured for various reasons, yet Roberts is free to go out on loan. If sane and diaz keep stepping it up, then they may not need or require Roberts.


    Just a thought.

    He's hardly came back guns blazing either, despite us knowing how good he is. If Pep is fooled by his pretty average start here, a January bid should be a no brainer. £8-10m. What a boost that would be.

    A part of me would like to see him start on Sunday. He's due to start ripping it up and firing in the goals, Sunday would be set nicely for him to do so. No doubt he'd tear that motherwell back line apart as well. Would just be a shame to have to omit Forrest who's been playing well.

    They would sell him because City has a * load of home grown classed players they have spent a small fortune since they have been taken over on youth players from all over the world.

    Just need to offer the right amount of money.

    Get paddy on that left wing, to keep a fire under Sinclair...

    Roberts would link up very well with KT on that side as well. That would be an extra bonus!

    No sense in shifting Forrest off the right... he's looking very good on that wing right now!

    He deserves a shot on the left I dont think we can drop James so it has to be scotty who takes a wee seat on the bench and hopefully that will make him tick again.
