I understand that position from members but this thread wouldnt be open unless I believed him. And the one last week was closed for that reason and me and reeco were talking via pm's all last week about this and was looking for what everyone else would look for, proof, and I got that.

No. He has to bend over and receive his punishment like a man.

 

Its a warning that is just noted into a system on the website for all the moderators to view, nothing happens but if you rack up enough infractions it will lead to a ban
