    NEW GTA RELEASE DATE ?

    Any you lads know of the the GTA release date? I heard it was 19th April but av not seen much about it. Plus are they gonna make a PS2 version or PS3 exclusive only?

    I myself have have too many ps2 games to abandon it for 3. But if this is the case i will have no choice other than to bully ma wee sisters B/F into bringing it up. Don`t worry he is a wee hun so it`s ok.:56:

    I love GTA! It's about the only game I actually like, fcking class! Really good when you're angry, gets it all ou of your system runnin round shooting people and the like...:52::56:

    How can you not know the release date? It's everywhere! :97: Anyway it's April 29th...

    And no it will not be on the PS2... PS3 and Xbox 360 for now though most likely it will be available for the PC sometime in the future(You will need a high end PC to play it to it's full potential)

    I'm not asking if you know, I was asking how is it possible to be unaware of the release date... Given that it is plastered over every game shop, on tv, on gamesites, on the R* website, wikipedia and various other sources.

    Reading comprehension ftw...

    All pre-order's are sold out already! Only way to get it on the release date now is to order the special edition.

    Gamestation and Game stopped taking pre orders a while back... That's not to say you can't get a copy from those stores on release day though. Say 50 people preorder that doesn't mean the store only orders 50 copies... They always order more than the final number of pre orders...

    If you want a copy on release date it has to be pre-ordered.

    I haven't pre ordered a game since GTA3 was released... Yet i've still managed to get a copy of games i want on release day by walking in to a game retailer and lifting one of the shelf.

    I haven't pre ordered but i guarentee you i'll still have it before most people in the UK...

    Even if by some unlikely happening i don't get a copy by the release date i won't be that bothered... It's just a game and it'll still be the exact same game a few weeks after release

    People are really over hyping this game... It will not be a complete sellout or become gold dust on the release date. As i said before just because a shop has stopped taking pre orders that does not mean their entire allocation is only for pre order...They don't just say ok 39 people pre ordered we'll order 39 copies.
