Excited about this bhoy, offers us a new option in midfield that we havent had in the team since the spaghetti monster left us. Hopefully just like then he can shield the defence when Broony is injured. Hope we see him against linfield but i doubt it.

Cant wait too start the season. Mon the hoops! And welcome to paradise big man.

Seen the fee we have suposedly paid is £7 million.

£4million up front and then £1.5 million every time we reach the group stages of the CL, up to £3million (so the next two times).

He seems to be Serie A quality and a promising young player in the French U21 this year with Dembele, but the fee does seem a little steep if true.

It's the kind of price you pay for potential now.

If we want to become more of a Porto or Ajax in terms of the player's we buy in and develop we will have to push the prices up.

Risk but the reward could be even greater.

Exactly, it's the potential that costs. We were lucky as * to get dembele for so cheap, had it been an English club I imagine it would've been £4-5m for him too.

We've spent £2-4m on absolute duds the last 10 years so I'm happy to invest in guys like this who've been playing well in a good league like serie A.

Played with the French national teams from the under 16's right through to the under 21's , he must be decent.
