Kept all our key signings? After the last season under Deila nobody wanted a lot of our signings, no clubs put in bids for any apart from Siminovic.

He said it in an interview a couple of weeks ago. Something like he never would have left Celtic when the bids came in but once he talked to Rodgers that just cemented it. The bids were rejected.

 

Forgetting about Scott Sinclair? And signing Moussa Dembele? * even Kolo Toure was fresh from a European final.

 

Aye even that English commentator * at the England game said something about him being our best talent and interest from England..

I don't want any of our players to leave at any price, we are at a stage now that we need to hold these key player to be able to advance to the next level.
Ok Paddy is not ours but he was a key part in the the treble campaign and we should go all out to get him

I enjoy watching paddy more than Moussa. I'd accept the deal.

Moussa is even money to stay with hoops with Everton 2nd favourite
He does not look like he will be leaving tbh

 

As much as I love Paddy, strikers are far harder to come by, especially ones that are as adaptable between our Domestic & European systems as Dembele is.

For years we had to endure Balde, Pukki, Scepovic, Ciftci, Rasmussen etc. We need to do our utmost to hold onto the guy. £10m + Paddy would not be a good deal IMO, strikers come at a premium and we should be looking at £23 million minimum in my opinion...even then I'd want a tasty sell-on clause added!
