For me, Rogic would have a bigger impact in European games coming off the bench for the last 20 minutes. No doubt he has the quality, but i dont think he has the fitness to produce both domestically and in Europe consistently without burning himself out.

Calum Paterson, up until his injury, was the best RB is Scotland this season. Young and plenty potential. 100% worth the risk when it could be a free transfer

    Cristian Pavon..

Winger that is highly regarded and for me looks similar to Sinclair but can play on the right hand side. Comes in off the channel like Sinclair as a striker and score's and creates goals..

    Would be a terrific signing..

21 and transfer market have him at 6.8 mill..

    Lucas Lima..

Left peg attacking mid with a burst of speed to get by people and score's and creates goals..

26 now and been capped 14 time's by Brazil but hasn't been snapped up or wanted to go to Europe so far..

Coming in to his prime and highly rated. Transfer market have him at 7 and a half mill..

I've seen a lot of Paterson and he's absolutely gash, can't defend to save himself. He's a goal threat, I'll give him that but he's a shocking defender.

Then we should sacrifice him domestically so he can play in the European games, the difference with him on the pitch against Man City was insane. He's a guy with the right quality at that level.

Could Adnan Januzaj be somebody that we could resurrect. Man United willing to sell him and has only 1 year left on his deal. I reckon there is still a * of a lot of potential for him at the right club.

Would be good but some EPL club with more money than sense would pay funny money for him i think.

Could be an option for a loan next season to replace Roberts, given his poor spells at Dortmund and Sunderland I can't see any other EPL or Bundesliga teams looking at him, he's not going to get a game at Man Utd so should be available.

The Bournemouth manager seems the type to give younger players a chance though so wouldnt suprise me if they were in for him because he is talented.

    Don't like him..

    Slow as well..

Want that extra wow factor that Roberts possesses or frighteningly direct pace on the other flank like Sinclair. Another one of Sinclair to keep defences guessing will really annihilate our league further and be a massive weapon in Europe on the counter..

Townsend is like the left footed Sinclair, too good for the Championship but doesnt seem to suit playing for relegationed threatened teams and just a level or two below the top teams. Probably never get him though, he'd need to hit very poor form for a while.

Aye, he cost's too much. Similar in pace and directness that gives team's the fear..

Kinda player that would smash it for us though and grafts hard..

Doubt it would be realistic, but Andros Townsend is quality.

He would be an unreal signing for us. Even better than Sinclair I think. Absolutely no chance of it happening though :54:

Aye, its a pity the financial gap is just that big, he's probably on £60-80k a week and will likely never come up here even though he struggles to get into good form as Palace are just a team doomed to struggle nearer the bottom.

He'd be a sure thing and fit in like a glove..

Better value on the market abroad but that settling in thing is always a slight gamble..

Only 1 we've tried so far is Kouassi under Brendan..

Townsend is very much like Sinclair, in that he's the type of player that doesn't suit playing in a defensive team.

You could see his quality when Spurs were in the Europa League, or when he played for England in qualifiers. A real threat.

Too pricey, though. If Palace were selling, some other bottom end English team would pay up for him.

Theres quite a lot of players like that who are stuck in limbo at the bottom of the EPL where they struggle strikers like Dwight Gayle and Andre Gray are two who are too good for the Championship but when they go to the EPL they don't score enough playing in poor teams who don't get to attack much, Gaston Ramirez, Abel Hernandez. Think Borini will be like that too, if he stays when Sunderland go down he will likely slaughter the Championship but in the EPL he struggles. They're the sort we should keep an eye on and be looking to get whenever they're ready to be punted.

True but the likes of Andre Gray and Dwight Gayle would cost millions and most likely wouldn't justfiy the money.

Andre Gray is a better level of player than Dwight Gayle for me..

Gayle is decent and quick, but I don't rate him much..

Sinclair has proven that there is the odd bargain to be had in the * of ridiculous fee's, although very rare..

Sinclair was a one in a million, I think. If Burnley were to go down, they'd still be after at least £10 million for Andre Gray.

If there's bargains to be had then great go for it. But we'll do very well to get another deal like Sinclair.

    Completely agree..

Bosman and those one in a million are the only real one's I'd waste my time on here..

Brendan was talking about the new head of scouting looking at player's in South America at 14's so I'm hopeful and quite confident of seeing us maybe exploiting as well or jumping the queue and bringing kid's in before they really establish there selves and improving our academy with a view to developing in to the first team eventually..

Snapping youngster's up early is difficult but definitely a road we should be trying our hardest to go down. We barely have any foreign boy's in our academy now either when only a few year's back we'd have plenty, whether it was Swedish, Icelandic, Czech. I know none amounted to anything but you get the jist..
