I really don't give a * how raw either of them are, Ciftci is a dumpling who doesn't score goals.

As an option, either are better than him.

    I'm excited..

He looks to have the tool's to play top level football on occasions, without doubt. I'd deffo be happy just now with trying to develop Aitchison and Crossan and integrate them with the first team, as understudies to the main boy's..

    Looks a real good signing..

Just like that Marcus 'the Hulk' Rashford at Man Utd . People are obsessed with our players 'bulking up' in here.

Looks like he's in the process of dipping the toes of the younger bhoys bit by bit.

Think we'll definitely see 1 or 2 at different times as we get closer to the end of the season, the unbeaten run may end up proving a hindrance right enough the longer it goes on.

When I was on holiday in Croatia last year a Celtic development squad game came on the TV. We rented a flat from airbnb rather than a hotel so it wasnt weird hotel TV. It seemed really random to me. Maybe something to do with Jozo being at Celtic?

Anyone know how he's developing? Seems to bang in a few goals for the Colts.

I assumed with him being signed at such a young age from from Dunfermline that we might see a little bit of him with the first team last season.

Haven't really heard much about him, even with Aitchison getting a few small appearances under Rodgers.

Forgot about this lad, 18 now and he looked fairly bulky from what I had seen of him, hopefully gets a chance at some point or loan him out.

PJ Crossan joins on Development Loan

Manager Jim Goodwin tonight signed young 18 year old Celtic striker, Paul Joseph Crossan on a Development loan until 4th January, 2018. Jim Goodwin said “PJ is a young talented striker who Celtic paid a lot of money to Dunfermline Athletic last season on a three year contract, he is a player with huge potential, and he gives us a bit of pace in behind, he runs his socks off, works hard and has an eye for a goal. He has scored plenty goals for Celtic in the Development League most recently in 4-0 victory over Falkirk on Tuesday night when he scored the third goal and set up the fourth, but now his need is first team football and to start playing in senior football games, we are delighted to give him that opportunity, he is not guaranteed to go straight into the team, he will need to work hard here to get into the team. He is different to the other boys we have, he is a player I have had an eye on for a while and he stood out when we played at Lennoxtown in Pre season friendly, he was certainly a handful that day”.

Good move for the kid, hopefully works his way into the team, didn't he make a few first team appearances for Dunfermline before we signed him?

Does a development loan mean he can play for us in the UEFA Youth League? Similar to what a few players done with the Challenge Cup last year?

I hope he works out. Brendan's first signing at Celtic. Still surprised we never saw him in the first team at all last season, but maybe he didn't kick on as well as expected. Alloa will be a good loan for him.

I think so, Paul McMullan had a developent loan where he would train with the Celtic youth and play for a championship side but I dont know if he played for the developement side also.
