That linesman giving the huns the penalty in injury time at Hearts a few years ago.. They were chasing us for a good while that year and their fans had virtually given up hope of winning the title.. What that penalty did was keep them in the race.. We were still well ahead after that night and should have clinched the league long before the final day of the season.. This year is like a role reversal with us chasing.. We get a fortunate break with the free-kick at St Mirren , we still have to score it , but up steps Naka and it keeps us in the title race.. Gut feeling can be changed so quickly.. The fact we should have played the Parkhead game against the huns by now hasn't really helped us.. That would have swung momentum one way or the other.. Untill we play them we can't influence anything but win our games and so far we've done it.. When the pressure has been on the players they have responded so far.. If we get 3 points at Easter Road it will have us on a high again.. Celtic can definately win the title and to be honest we really need to do three in a row this time to establish our superiority..

Will we win the league Yes or No not Can.

 

I know.. I answered on the first page saying I think we will win the league.. My last post was just a mere reminder to the people who voted no (I think you are one of those bringers of doom ellboy) that with so many games still to go there's every chance WE WILL win the league..

Unbeaten in 8 league games, we have a much stronger club then the last time we played the scum. We're going to beat those * and take the league.

 

No. I think Rangers will win. They are simple but strong and effective. The pattern is clear. We are running full tilt to stay in touch, scraping through while they stroll every game. We are the better team but I think the damage was done by injuries pre-Xmas. If the season was starting again we would win it but I think even the 4 points is a big cushion in an SPL where all the other teams have weakened themselves by selling off all their good players (Hearts, Hibs, Aberdeen, Dundee United etc). Thas made a very weak SPL. I think our last hope is the OF game. We need to win the next one.

just had the feeling in my bones all season. I think post-window we now have a good squad and they are gelling/getting fit but its leaving it late. all we need is a quality CB and we will ceretainly win it next season and for several after. Just think they will win this one.

 

EXACTLY>.....maybe iv missed sumink everyone scared of rangers all of a sudden theyr * lads....fukin crap...did anyone see them against panathanikos...jesus....they only play well against the poor spl teams that let them play.....our problem is motivation...that wont be a problem old firm day...their problem will be that all the most talented players in the league play in green and white,......2 home games at celtic park....in my eyes we should be favourites for the league

The league's in our hands. We'll win by 4 or 5. Should be a lot more though.

the bookies have them down as favourites....but not by much//.....we r 5/4 theyr 4/7....i know the bookies have them down as favourites thats why i have said "in my eyes i think we should be favourites"......

Yes, I think we can. OK so Rangers are playing well but we are still winning while playing * - thats the hallmark of a good team. Its still in our hands - I think people forget that. Its not like we are relying on others to do us a favour.

Rangers WILL go through a sticky period (remember they have a bundle of games to play from now until the end of the season).

Mark my words, we will be champions again.

Yes I would be of the opinion take the 3 points from the Hibs game on Saturday.

 

I think if we keep it tight up until the split then we will win.

 

i would much rather beat barca.....! you know that would be sooooo good !! and financially it would be really good for the club aswell....i think we will beat hibs anyway..
