    lamb..... a cheap cut of lamb is rolled lamb, were the fat is encircled inside like a swiss-roll. really brings out the flavour of the meat.

    Has to be bacon, grilled until the fat turns into a light crisp bite. Dam.

    After that the juicy fat in a ribeye steak.

    don't like the texture or taste of lumps of fat on meat such as bacon or sirloin, ribeye where the fat is in the fibre of the meat is good as it melts during cooking and keeps the meat "moist" and tasty. I have to trim all of the fat off of meat before or after cooking (whatever is easiest) gives me the boak if I bite into a chunk of fat while eating a stew/steak/bacon piece etc. not good for you either(says a smoker and drinker who is a stanger to salads)
