Great attitude tonight. Looked shattered near the end, but continued to run.

Ran out of steam but he gave one of the only good performances.

Good performance from him, but noticed that he rarely wins any high balls or gets them under control.

Actually thought he was the only one that didn't personally.

Has very, very, high energy levels. A natural athlete.

I also noticed Craig Gordon doesn't score many overhead kicks

86th minute and he was chasing the ball down and pressing their keeper then full back like a man possessed. Has real stamina but looks a little laissez faire at times which some may confuse with running out of steam.

Best player offensively tonight by a distance. Never stopped running.

This. I was really impressed, I didn't think he had that sort of work rate in him. In the first half in particular he was the only Celtic player that showed a bit of quality going forward.

Aye he played well, was our only attacking player actually taking HBS on at times with his skill and pace and trying to make things happen.

Needs better awareness though, that's twice against HBS in either leg where if he dummies it he lets Griffiths in behind him in a better position.

Contrast his performance with Forrest on the opposite side though and it was night and day.

One of only a few who can hold their heads up after that game.

Thought he was excellent along with Toure first half and ran his * off in the second..

Very impressive outlet we've got for countering in Europe..

Yeah, but I'm assuming he's always had it in his locker if Rodgers rates him so highly.

He has such quick feet as well. Went past a few players in the first half with ease.

Best attacking option tonight by far, only player who seemed like he wanted to run at them

Really? That´s what you compare? Im not saying he as a winger should be winning every header but he should get more on the ball when it´s bouncing on a 1vs1.

My nerves would've loved for him to bury that chance in the 80th minute. Other than that, solid game.

Really should have had a better shot than straight at the keeper but can understand that he had been run ragged.
