Minimalist is an absolute embarrassment. You're telling someone to invest in a thesaurus when your posts are littered with long words used in completely the wrong way. You should try sticking to plain english, get the basics right. As it is you're struggling with a and an.

    * me, Joey Barton is a Celtic supporter after all!!!

There's nothing worse than someone who's nowhere near as clever as they pretend they are. I do love the usage of a thesaurus and a good old quote as if it gives strength to a point of view.

The booing was disgusting, and it's never been something I would do, but it didn't surprise me one bit. Fergus McCann got booed on flag day, and I know he wasn't a player, but he saved us from going under & stopped the huns getting 10iar. So it's hardly surprising that it happened to a player who is as much of a liability as Ambrose :shamrock:

I'm never going to win an award for my English, but his posts are full of errors.

There's a lot more than one in the short post you've quoted.

Not that this thread should turn into spelling and grammar lessons, it just makes Minimalist look stupid coming away with so many big words, using many wrongly, then spelling and using three and four letter words wrongly.

Armed with a thesauras doesn't make him clever, or make his warped point of view anymore meaningful.

I don't get booed when I have an off day at work. Why should they? It's a huge confidence killer. It doesn't help anything.

Hate it when * boo a player or even at like half time, happened a few times last season. It does * all but make things worse and kills any confidence of the players since they will think the fans have turned on them.

I'm not trying to claim that they weren't Celtic fans, but booing their players isn't supporting the team.

Booing a player in a friendly ffs. :52:

Then forget the fans. He needs to start earning the money the club are paying him.

In any case, do people REALLY believe players need to hear fans booing them to know they are displeased with their performances?

If a player can't take the hint from the constant "awwww for *'s sakes" and "yer * ya *" - or any other like-minded comments, then booing will be no different.........

That's something I do agree with, paying fans pump money into the club and players take so much more out. They have to remember that.

But I don't think it justifies booing.

Don't think I've ever booed a single player in my life, but I'm no gonna sit and say I don't understand that frustration, as I do..

If it really upsets them, we could throw in a hoo at the end of it?

I absolutely agree with this and share this opinion.

Personally, I think booing is totally lacking in class. Call them all the */*/baldy * under the sun, but keep yer booing for the pantomimes.
