What are the chances of this happening in the next 5/10 years and Parkhead expanding a further 5/10k? Possibly more to accommodate for European nights, not sure I'm not an architect. But seeing all these diddy English clubs like City and Liverpool boost their capacities and catching up makes me feel we should do something similar. Thoughts?

We can't even fill what we have fs. Barring 4-8 games a season.
Would mean another big stinking banner, covering seats. No thanks.

Currently no one, but they are catching us. West Ham and City are both either moving to stadiums or upgrading to a capacity not far off I think.

60k is more than enough for the Scottish league.

    So in other words none.

Liverpool are not and never will be a 'diddy Club'.

we'll still have a bigger capacity than Liverpool even when they expand. What's the point in wasting money when we hardly sell out just now?

West Ham are moving to Olympic Stadium aren't they? Spurs expanding as well. Only a matter of time before smaller teams do the same.

If we moved to the premiership we could expand to 100k and still wouldn't be enough.

We don't play in the premiership though and 60k is enough for us just now.

The demand is there for them, its not here for us. Once we get 60k a week in Celtic Park and have no tarps covering up seats, then maybe we could expand. Long way away.

Right but I don't see your point? Why expand the stadium and waste money when we can't even fill it just now? Would that money not be better spent on say, transfers and player's wages? 60k is more than enough, would probably be better at around 55k tbh.

IF, and its a big IF, the new manager can get us back in the CL... Maybe

We used to be the club that packed a 60k staduim, now we're a club who shuts down sections of a stadium because we cant fill them...

It's been a long time since we sold out most games of the seasons, that would need to happen to expand but just now there is no point. The money is needed for players on the pitch not expanding the stadium for extra seats that will be wasted.
