That is a shame. It is never nice to hear of stories like that.

Like I said, that's how it was.

Catholics were treated worse than dogs back in the day.

My great grandfather was born funnily enough back in 1888, and died in 1978.

He used to tell us of even worse stories of hatred and bigotry during his lifetime.

    Bitter....no.

    Forget.....NEVER.

Curiosity. You said you left the country in 1988 and you come on late, so i guessed you were in North America somewhere due to the time difference.

Your allusion to Fergus made me think you had some link to Canada.

Fergus' best pal and fellow CA was my fathers best friend.

They all went to St Modans in Stirling.

    They were all friends.

We all went to see Celtic together, sans Fergus, as he was in Canada.

My first match was in 1968.

Billy Bremner was a few years below them at St Modans.

Pat McCluskey is a good friend of mine.

He scored a penalty in the 1975 SC final.

    We had top seats.

I had a few beers with Pat recently, took some pictures but if I posted them here they would end up in the papers or on tramp forums.

He's a great guy, but has his problems.

    I'll say no more.

I've known him for 45 years.

    A smile.

    He's a great guy.

    Your question is childish.

    Grow up.

Has SNP policy changed in the past 40 odd years? Yes, it has. Along with a lot of other things.

The very idea that you're still so bitter due to something that happened almost 30 years ago in a country you no longer live in is quite baffling.
