Make a profit on Brown. Replace him with Koumas maybe.

Wouldnt be so bad a deal.

Scott Brown is another casualty of the 'Strachan Lack Of Tactical Knowledge' brigade.

Surrounded by ineptitude and a lack of direction we needed a strong leader in the middle of the park to help guide a young player who has probably got fed up of running around the field like a headless chicken.

This goes back to the argument about who we have on the pitch as a leader and captain of the team. There is no one, no one at all!!

Must admit he would be no loss at all but I don't blame the kid himself ... that lies firmly at the door, fairly and squarely, with he who must be kicked out the door in the summer ... head first

    Homer,

You are certainly welcome to argue your viewpoint and I welcome the points you make.

This is, after all, a forum for debate, so it is healthy for us to disagree - just as long as we all accept that we make our views for what we believe to be for the best of Celtic FC,
    OUR CLUB!!

I just don't understand how you fail to see that Brown has actually gone backwards as a footballer and grown in no significant manner at all.

It is no good to say that the people around him are not good enough without accepting the fact that the manager has done sweet FA in doing something about it.

The same goes for the debacle Strachan has made over the defence - almost three years in charge and it is still as clear as mud as to what the * this goat is up to!

I blame Strachan - end of story. I just see no reason to blame anyone else and, quite simply, I can't!

sorry but that aint end of the debate. 2 titles outa 2, ok rangers were * but im sorry u cant be a bad manager and get to last 16 two years in a row.

scott brown was outstanding at start of year and i can still see what he gives in flashes but like i say he needs a lennon type in midfield to help him.

mayb hartley should be there but i dont think he is best answer. at the end of the day if we dont win the league strachan will hang himself and he will go soon after, if we win then all the doubters can shut up and eat humble pie

He has shown signs recently that he appears unsettled. If its true and he desires a move, fair enough give him one then, if the money is right though.

This is fuc*in GREAT NEWS.....hear me out before u all call me a hun in disguise lol, lets all be honest here, this boy hasn't done it since he came to us,he still a got a bit of ' DO you know who am urr ' about him as well as WGS's ability to just annoy people on a daily basis, there is , i admit , a majour personality clash there, but let me get to my main point, ,as i said he isn't doing anything exceptional just now that would make me gutted if he was say out injured for a couple of weeks, so if this newspaper report is true, this could create a massive bidding war down south, make no mistake about it, this lad is held in the highest regard possible by English couches, they are of the opinion that he has the potential to be the best midfielder in Europe,at least. this will stand us in good stead if he does want away, with 4 and a half years still to run o his current contract there is no webster law to worry about, all this news of him leaving isn't actually a bad thing, but what i do hope is that if he is going, then he goes now, the last thing we need is an unhappy camper, the team need to be like the fan's when we are down we need to come back bitting at every cun* in front of us like a wounded animal, on todays inflated prices down south, expect 14 Mill for this bhoy, and thats if a bidding war doesn't start..........

Without going on a big rant because this will turn out to be pish, i really wouldn't mind him going at the start of the season i was expecting a lot from him especially for his fee but really he has been an anti climax, i dont know what team down south will be willing to pay 14 million technom8t are you serious ?? and i dont think coaches hold him in high regard as you think i used to hold him in high regard but he hasn't made the impression i thought despite being one of ma fav players he needs to get his finger out for the rest of the season if he stays and help us win the champions league ;)
