Aye a wid say so. He was always a starter for man city until erikson arrived and he scored a fair amount a goals for them last season.

He had a good scoring record in Holland, but didn't really do all that well in England. I think he could prove a good signing for us though. He's still young.

I've watched him a few times for City, he's not worth the 6m they paid for him but will freshen up our attack and do well for us. He looked decent in his first season for City but has mainly been a bit part player this season. He's fairly quick has got a decent touch and is full of running and effort (Sounds like Kenny apart from the touch!). I think we needed a little extra so i think it's a good signing, fingers crossed a CB is on his way!!!

tbh would have accepted anyone half decent just to get that lazy * vennegoor out the team

 

think gordon has only taken him cause the huns were after him, he is an average player and i hope he does us well but we have nothin to loose City paying half his wages and 1 less target the huns can get - could be good business!!!!

 

He will score goals up here! hes only 22 so he will get bettr and a little compatition up there is needed!!!

He has a certain something about him when he's on form. One of those players that seem capable of fits of brilliance. I'm really quite excited about him. Could end up being our best signing this year.

 

Have never seen him but glad we got another striker! Can't wait to see him playing

 

I really doubt that the only reason we got a player was because our rivals happened to be trying to get him aswel I hope not anyway...We are an independant club after all, we don't have to follow Rangers every move.

This is excellent news.

The guy was made the whipping boy under Stuart Pearce but negative tactics meant he wasn't given great service.. I remember watching Man City play under Pearce.. They'd be 0-0 at home with 10 minutes to go and Pearce would take off a striker and stick on a defender..

This loan deal could turn out to be a masterstroke..

He's a great player despite not playing that well for City, he'll put a few past the huns no doubt

 

SPN say he`s gonna be speaking soon so maybe he`ll say weather or not he`ll be playing tommoz.

 

Definately.. He hopes the move to Celtic will get him back into the Greece team for the defence of their Euro championships..

Man City scored a total of 10 goals at home in the league last season.
I reckon Samaras will score 10 goals for us this season..
