There is no change of Gordan Strachan getting sacked if he does not win the title.

Would hate to think what it would be like on here if Wgs had lost 2 titles like martin.

We would never get Moyes. He'll never leave Everton until he's Fired.

MON lost two tiltles. One on goal diference. And one buy a point. Both those seasons the team gave everything and we had success in other competitions.

From what I see at the moment Celtic are defending their title this year with no real passion and with a wimper if we carry on the way we are going we will lose the league by over 10 points. If this is indeed what hapens WGS will ether leave or the fans will make it clear that he is not the man for the job.

If by some miracle he turns it around and we hold on to our title. Then I for one will have to back him. I will obviously be delighted if we are crowned as champions once again.

However I will not forget how the team has played with no real conviction or quality throughout the season uptil now. Aiden aside.

In regards to a new manager. MOYES would be the obvious choice. But I think MOGGA would also do a fine job.

    * Why the * would Davie Moyes leave Everton to join Celtic?

His job is safe as houses down there, they have a good chance of more European football next season or even breaking into the top 4. He has been able to spend 11 million on Yakubu, in Scotland he'd be never be able to lash out as much as that on 1 player.

More pie in the sky pish. The ginger genius is going nowhere. :bbpd:

Aye and if anyone thinks that 14 extra games in Europe didn't cost us 1 SPL goal they are kidding themselves on

What exactly has he done with Sunderland? They're favourites to go down with Derby.

I wouldn't be so sure in this instance. If you were talking about a random manager with no emotional attachment to any club i'd wholeheartedly agree. This is a tim through and through that has forever held the ambition to manage Celtic at 1 stage.

I guarantee if the opportunity arose it wouldn't be a case of 'thanks but no thanks' more along the lines of a 50/50 decision between his head and his heart.

Just as safe as Martin Jol's was at the start of the season. Moyes would take the job as he's maybe a fan and an ex player, Celtic are a bigger club even if the league is smaller, and also an almost guaranteed crack at the CL year after year.
The Ginger * will be off if he fails to win the title.

Hes spent near enough £30m in less than a season and is sitting in the bottom 3 of the premiership.. So what exactly has he done?

I agree. Many, myself included, have a hunch Keane has leaderhsip qualities that may transfer to management but he has a long way to go before I think he is ready for Celtic. I would at least like him to prove he can keep a team in the EPL for a few seasons, show he can steer tham at least to mid table and maybe get to a cup final or so. WGS and MON managed to do that with limited clubs. Keane made a great start but nothing will be proven for a couple more seasons and until then he cannot be considered for Celtic quality on the basis of a 1st division promotion and a hunch about him, itself based on his dominating personality as a player. He is nowhere near Moyes in terms of his achievements and stock. Moyes has done about all he can for Everton short of winning the EPL. He has shown he is a great manager at the top level in a top team. I would love Moyes here. I just hope when the time comes the board will cough up his wages.
