Didn't you admit a few posts ago that there was no evidence that it was 'impossible'?

I just don't get that statement. The documentary basically shows how the investigation was corrupt, but there's no evidence whatsoever that it absolutely couldn't have been Avery.

People seem to be missing the point.

There doesn't need to be any evidence which indicates he didn't do it. If the evidence provided by the prosecution isn't sufficient enough to prove he did do it, then he can't/shouldn't be convicted of the crime. Clearly biased judicial system and botched/planted evidence is what did him, other than that he has an alibi for the time of the murder and a witness, his nephew, to back it up.

Yup, I agree with all of that.

But saying, "it's impossible that he did it" is simply not true and a misrepresentation of the issue.

The bones in his burn pit and his blood in her car are the "facts" that got him convicted, but I think the defence argued sufficiently to cast doubt on both of those pieces of evidence.

It's genuinely hard to see how a conviction could have been gotten from that trial.

He might have done it we'll never know but it seems very unlikely that he done what they were claiming. Almost certain that she was never in his house, never killed in his garage, probably not burned outside his house either.

Also the motor aswell, if he did do it then he left the motor where he knew he had access to it and never thought to wash his blood off the inside? also weird that he left no other fingerprints or dna in the motor so must have been well covered and wearing gloves but managed to swipe blood in it lol he then left the key on the floor of his own house, where again he could have put it anywhere as he had days to cover up for himself.

Prove to me he did it with the information available to you and everyone else then and I'll digest it from an unbiased stand point.

    Just finished last night wow.

It is biased towards his inocence but imho.

Let's be clear though he is a bit trailer trash but he's no murderer.

You just need to think of the timeline he has done all this in, bus driver see's Theresa about 3.30 pm / 3.40 pm - the genius that is Avery has to have done what he has done and then completed the mother of all crime scene clean ups in about 2-3 hours himself as well as sticking her in the boot and taking her for a spin in that 2-3 hour timeline come on?

Apparently there is some evidence taken out by the producers I.e sweat found on the car, guys a redneck pretty sure they could have swabbed sweat.

And what can you say about Brendan absolutely disgusting what they done to that boy, I hope the Jury watch that documentary and feel ashamed and can't sleep as well as everyone of his shity lawyers, why the * character isn't disbarred I'll never know.

Started watching this last night. Had me hooked, though I'm not seeing what the big commotion was about?

Decent enough doc but the way * where raving I thought it would be some hard hitting story. Stuff like this has probably happened 100x's before in America.

Regardless I'll keep watching later, only on ep 4 so far.

I found it a bit slow at the start. Thought the episodes were too long to keep me hooked.

I stuck with it though, it turned out a lot better than what i thought it was going to be.

I watched the first three episodes and basically my mind was made up , pure stitch up. I didn't watch any more as I had read about the outcome but the other night I watched a condensed view on it on the ID channel. * me !! the interviews with the cousin were just * wrong man !! And the explanations put up by Kratz to important points were ridiculous no jury should have convicted on the evidence imo .

Enjoyable watch .. still on the fence on the Stephen Avery side .. but I am 100% sure that poor kid Brendan did nothing wrong.
