    Only been in my current job a month and it's the first job of what I would consider my career. Pay is * because your starting at the bottom of the ladder but I enjoy the work, it's different every day.

    I hate getting up in the mornings so resent every job but don't particularly mind it. In my limited experience, I'd say who your colleagues are, are the most important aspect of job satisfaction.

    I would agree, in my limited time working in a variety of jobs its definitely the people you work with that make it either bearable or enjoyable.

    Hate mine, Mainly due to the fact it's run by tight fisted, money grabbing *, who think we're all robots and show no common sense whatsoever. However have a few good mates there which puts the day in, but as soon as I get the badges needed for the next position I'm after I am out of here to *.

    Been in some form of engineering since I left school, do I like it, no but the moneys decent and its all I know. If someone offered me the same money to do something else I'd bite their hand off.

    Kinda how I feel driving trucks.

    I know with my (lack of) qualifications it would be extremely difficult to earn the sort of coin I do at the moment.

    I dont hate my actual job or any people i work with, but the * * that 'run' the place are so out of touch with the shop floor its unbelievable, but after 10 years i suppose ive got a little too comfortable time for a change i think as its * me aff
