Pretty sure it was mark fotheringham. Can't mind who he played for though. Might've been dundee. I mind the goal...screamer from 25-30 yards

Yep, Fotheringham, that's right. I think you're right with Dundee too, not sure where I got killie from.

I remember a peach of a goal from a Dundee player in the LL end when we won 6-1. 30yard screamer like u say. Checking the Celtic website it was on 7/11/98 and the teamlines say Andy McCondichie!? was GK for Celtic, his 1 and only appearance. No mention of the Dundee scorer.

    The Henry goal.

    * * ssshhhed us though when he was celebrating. Always hated that *. Great player though.

also the Mendes goal, as much as it was a sickener.

Messi and Henry when they beat us 3-2 brilliant game for a neutral and messi and Henry had to pull their stuff out the top drawer to beat us.

Ronaldinhos performance at parkhead sprung to mind. Remember the whole stadium clapped them off after they beat us that night.

I clapped when Swanson scored the volley earlier this season aswell. I cant appreciate any goals the huns have scored vs us, just canny see past the horrible feeling it gives me.

Agree that Swanson's goal was worthy of winning any game. Absolutely outstanding.

Henry's goal in 2008, last 16, was outstanding to be honest.

Kinda similar to Hooper's goal at Ibrox in 2011, but with more height :icon_mrgreen:

Henry's goal was a cracker, but didn't deserve any applause given his celebration.

I was thinking about this as well. I always thought it was Mark Fotheringham, but I tried to look it up, and there was nothing. The one I'm thinking about was a midweek game, and I'm sure it finished either 5 or 6-1.

Can anyone find a video of Derek Riordans chip on Forster in Lenny's first season? Was looking for it but can't find it.

Henry * his 'moment of genius' by being a * as soon as he scored it. I was first row in the North Stand right where he headed to, nothing worse than being gutted about losing a goal than a * like him rubbing it in.

I despise Henry. As great a player as he was he was just an arrogant scummy *.

I genuinely can't remember much total genius play at Celtic park down the years, and I'm racking my brain thinking of Europe, mainly..

To be honest it's a testament to how good and strong a side we were at home, that we almost always competed, at the very least..

Johnny Hayes goal against us a year or two back.

I think that goal broke fosters clean sheet run. Made it all the more jaw dropping. Pity he's a wee *
