No it doesn't have "excellent finances" :smiley-laughing002: near enough every team is absolutely riddled with debt.

He isn't going to go to athletico Madrid or barca so I was thinking

    Villarreal
Athletic Bilbao (or are the still basque only?)
    valencia
    Sevilla
    Malaga
    Real Betis

    All could afford his wages

Villareal possibly, although i cant see them possibly better their highest earners with a 16 year old loan.
    Bilbao, Basque only.
Valencia, one of a few who could pay.
Sevilla, bad debt and wouldnt pay 50/60 k sterling for a 16 year old loanee.
Malaga owner pulled plug pretty much so no chance.
Betis in critical financial situation, havent been paying those kinds of wages since days of Joaquin and Denilson.

Isn't it possible that Real would contribute a large chunk of his wage?

Wrong, the debt is a fare more critical level than the EPL.

I think they would be more concerned with him getting game time than money. Our 2 biggest selling points imo are the success of Denayer and RD having brought him this far.

As someone said earlier in the thread. If he comes here he can develop the winning attitude that will be needed at Real Madrid and he will play against packed defences which again will help him be ready for there first team.

Aye but are they going to contribute 90% as I would only think £8k for a 16 yr old is fair and probably on par or more than our squad will get what is our average wage now if you exclude broony? Anyone know? I would say about £8k - £10k a week

Sorry but that's not true. Even Johansen said Ødegaard is better.

Ødegaard, Dæhli, Skjelbred, Elabdellaoui and Johansen are the 5 best. Probably in that order.

Also, Ødegaard earn nothing like 80k. It's 100% bullshit from a journalist on Twitter. It blew up. He earns around 30-35k

    Are you from Trondheim?

Ødegaard and Johansen are the 2 best. Skjelbreid is ok for Hertha Berlin, but Johansen is way better for Norway.
