Probably a penalty but I'm not sure. Never a red card though

I would have been raging if it was the other way round and we had not been given a PK. Brown should not have given the ref the decision to make but we got away with one unlike last week.

Goes down way too easily as he did all game, Barry Robson nailed it last night on sportscene. Was sure Madden was going to give it though, walked up next to penalty spot with whistle in his mouth.
Another prime example that he can't referee or control a match.

Of course Barry Robson nailed it, if you didn't get away with those types of challenges now and again he would spend his entire career suspended :56:

Not a penalty for me. Yeah there's contact but minimal. If that happened at half way on the wing, no one would bat an eyelid. Just because he was in the box and there's contact doesn't make it a penalty. Contact sport.

Said if they starting giving penalties for that then wouldn't be able to play football, would just be free kicks & penalties everytime someone falls over. Wilson thought it was a penalty.
Seen them given before and would of been a very soft penalty.

I think that is spot on from Robson. There is very little in it for me. There isn't a massive amount between that and the one they got last week in my opinion, and it was never a penalty last week.

Last week couldn't even see if there was any contact and Stokes had pulled out that was clear to see, think the boy probably left a leg trailing and caught Stokes then falling over, happens so many times.
At first I thought it was a dive but after seeing sportscene there is contact but no where near enough. Think Dow is getting himself a reputation of going down and being a wee * complaining every minute to the ref.

There was contact, wouldn't even call it a push thoug, he's trying to outmuscle the guy and get in front of him and the guys throws himself to the floor.

End of the day, was very even game until Dillon went off injured and you scored while we were down to 10 men, that in the end decided the game really, early goal for Celtic makes it a huge uphill struggle, had it been 11 v 11 for the whole half i'd reckon we were looking at 0-0 at worst come half time, and of course at 1 down the sending off just killed it

Not as if Celtic have scored with United having 11 men in the last two games, it's been against 9 and 10 men

Maybe Jackie should be addressing his players indiscipline ahead of Wednesday night.

United have been disappointing for a while. Went from a team who played football to just your typical SPL side. This talk about teams not being scared of Celtic is a fallacy. Thought United would be a team who would prove it but alas the last two games have proved otherwise.

With the likes of McGowan in the team, it's hardly surprising that limited football is played.

We only scored 6 against 11 of them this season:56:
Even? We should have been 3/4 up by half time :56:

The penalty, I have seen them given, for me though he's trying to muscle him out of it, it was no worse than what van dijk did not long before to McGowan. The only difference is, one fell over..

    - Not sure why only the first goal scored in a game, ends it?
    - best stop your players getting themselves sent off then
    - See point 2
    - See point 2
    - See point 2

What is it with greetin' faced arab's these days? Quite clearly the frustration of being absolute gash is getting to you lot and you fear a 3 game drubbing. Therefore you default stance is set to "It wiznae oor fault."

The quicker Dundee Utd fans, players and management grow a set and take responsibility for results, the quicker they will turn it around.

Jackie did get one thing right though to be fair. He did say after the LC final that only one team would be able to win the treble :bbpd:

Would have been soft but certainly seen them given. Anywhere else on the park and it's a foul.
