Personally think Ronny's got a big decision to make on his hands here, got to be made an example of or everything Ronny has said he believes in up until now i.e his methods and beliefs will look weak. The biggest statement Ronny can make is dropping Brown from the final on Sunday putting a message out to all the players that no one is untouchable at the club if they condone in such foolish behaviour in the public eye and especially leading up to one of our biggest games of the season. Nothing against him having a couple of whiskeys & coke or such like during the week in some private higher class district with his mates, but getting pished by the looks of it, stumbling out of strippers clubs, slumped on a pavement eating junk food is call me old fashioned but not the behaviour of a Celtic/Scotland captain. If this was Tony Watt he'd be getting lambasted by every Celtic fan on here just about.

You are jumping to a conclusion, Markybhoy, you are asumming that the Sun's picture is genuine . Brown may or may not have sat down on the pavement .
You Markybhoy seem to be so one eyed when there is an opportunity to sees etching bad about Celtic . Do you think going against the club or a player makes yourself a better Celtic supporter. I think it's good to have fans who support the Celtic players and the club without taking account of the MSSM

The important thing to remember is that the Sun is the only news outlet to make up this story . Tony Watt can sit on the pavement wherever and whenever he likes, he can get photos sent to all the MSSM he wants and it won't make me bat an eye-lid . It's not an offence to sit on the side walk either after having a night's drinking or not . However if people who claim to be Celtic fans use a story from the Sun to try to upset Celtic fans before a big match that is a problem . Has Tony Watt signed for Celtic recently, I must have missed the news . If not this post shouldn't be here . If he has welcome back Tony .

IF Ronny did drop Brown on Sunday which personally I don't see happening, although I think he should to show authority and demand more respect from the players but time will tell. In any case if he were to be dropped my team for Sunday would be.........

There is no "may or may not have" about it. He WAS slouched over on the pavement. It is there for everybody to see.



He is quite clearly gassed in that picture. But you'll probably deny that seeing as you see only what you want to see.

No doubt this was a Scott Brown doppleganger, planted by the Sun, leaving the strip club too.



Look, Scott Brown is my favourite Celtic player out of the present Celtic squad. Unlike you however, that doesn't mean I am going to blindly back him up whatever he does. If he * up on the pitch I will call him out on it. If he * up off the field I will do the same. He has clearly * up here. The management team will deal with him internally and we will all move on. It won't change the fact that he * up though. Being in a state like that just days before a cup final is a poor show by our club captain. Blame the newspapers all you want but it wasn't the newspapers getting * up days before a cup final.

The Sun are the only news outlet to report this because they probably paid the most for the photos to make it an exclusive, you can bet your bottom dollar the like of the record and others would have been bidding for them as well and it went to the highest bidder which is obviously the Sun, it's not rocket science it says Exclusive on the front page of the article and there are other news outlets reporting about it now.

What I'm saying is if Watt was still at Celtic and had been snapped in this state, then the majority of folk on here would have been calling for him to be binned, * attitude, fud etc etc you can bet on that, why should Brown be any different? Making it worse he's the * Celtic captain who should be leading by example and has a responsibility with that armband not to be seen acting like this. Completely making a mockery of his managers methods and beliefs in front of * everyone and anyone who doesn't see this is either deluded or just hiding from what's plainly obvious in front of them. Take the green specs off for a second and imagine if this was a Sevco player like Elbow McCulloch, we'd be lording this up for what a joke outfit they are.

Neither you or I know if there is any truth in the story . Based on what the Sun and Record and the rest of the MSSM have done in the past. I on the balance of probability would believe there is no truth in either the relevence of the photo or accompanying story . Remember the Sun would want to distract football followers from the Chris Graham story as well as the LEAGUE CUP FINAL.
But anyone who would put the integrity of any Celtic player on the word of the Sun .
