Bought a ticket for tonight through ny season ticket but my mate has contacted me to say he has a spare and as I sit myself better to sit with him.

If I don't use my ticket, will it still count for semi final/final purposes?

Cheers mate a bit paranoid. Will try and give mine away for free but might not have much time before the game.

Does attending the previous Rounds even matter? The tickets for the big games go to all the same people anyway.

Yes it does matter and the tickets don't always go to the same people.

Yes, if you buy a ticket for the lower round cup games on your season ticket you will then get points towards semi/final tickets.

With lawell giving it the Rory bremmner sketch and telling us that the manky mob are not the same club regardless of what they say, if we meet them next round , will the tickets be higher priced or will he stick to it and class them as lower league opposition and not agree to a high sum ?

SFA decide the price for all semi final and final tickets. Given the higher security and policing costs obviously the prices are going to be higher.
