I didn't put an undecided in the poll as I thought most
people had nailed their colours to the mast already.

People need to make a decision based on him up until now,
& stop getting splinters in their *.:icon_mrgreen:

Or the mods could just add it.:50:

A few alright results recently but I just don't think Celtic are playing very good football at all. I think Celtic look terrible going forward and are creating very few chances. If it wasn't for some phenomenal saves by Gordon the season could be looking horrific.

I'm not very impressed so far - but I'm not calling for the manager's head either.

I have seen signs of improvent recently, no doubt so yes I think we're heading in the right direction. We now have 3 wins on the bounce under our belts which should help massively with the confidence, which I've thought has been a bit lacking at times. A bit of momentum and I think we'll go on to do well.

Get Ambrose out of the team and start playing 2 up front. Then we'll maybe get somewhere.

The two games in the Europa League have actually shown us up badly with Gordon bailing us out on both occasions. Both could easily have been a hammering and we won't get that lucky all the time.

Fitness levels will hopefully improve and make s more effective across the board. There's a reason most highly professional clubs run rings round us and, for more years than I care to remember, the crowd, adrenalin, desire and a fair share of luck have gotten us by.

I want Ronnie to succeed and I like everything he's said so far in terms of his plan. Unfortunately, I haven't liked anything I've seen on the park.

How many times did Lenny praise the performance in one half of a game. We were good in the first half, or we were good in the second half, but we were never good for 90 minutes. It's amazing it never dawned on him that it might be because they were only half fit.

It will take time for players to greatly increase stamina, develop their explosive pace over short bursts and reduce in-game recovery times. Genuinely don't think the team will be in the shape Ronny expects much before the end of the season.

In the meantime, I'm prepared to give the guy all the slack in the world because having got the "big" job he could have played safe and made sure he had a winning start, but he stuck to what he believes and in truth it is what we all want in the long run.

Voted undecided, way to early to make up my mind....few losses and a few wins does not really give many clues.
we could easly go out tomorrow and lose 5-0.....lol.
Anyway i think we will get a better idea in feb/march after he has maybe got a couple of more new faces in the door and his current signings will have had time to bed in.

So long as he gets us the league im willing to give him all season to get it right.

But 4 points in our group lucky or not is good to see.

    Yes we are.

We've got a young manager who knows what he's doing in my opinion. He knows the 'European' style of football which, in my opinion, needed to be implemented sooner rather than later.

    We've got:
    > an excellent International goalkeeper in for free (fingers crossed he stays fit)
    > two International full backs who seem very happy to be here
    > Virgil Van Dijk
    > An excellent captain who has no desire to leave

and last but not least we have John Guidetti, a rising star in my opinion who will be desperate to sign here permanently in January.

It's not often a quality player comes to Celtic Park at such a young age with the intention of staying here for years. I think Guidetti will do just that :50:

Overall... yeah. I'd say we're definitely going the right way.

I like Deila. Guidetti, Wakaso, Gordon and Denayer are all excellent signings from what we've seen. Think we need to improve and get a midfield partner for Brown as well as another decent winger to join Wakaso, but I think we'll get there.
