    Shares .

I remember buying the minimum amount of shares back at the time the P.L.C. was launched . It cost me the grand sum of £620.00 . Within 18 months my stake was worth around £5,000.00 . Since then shares in football clubs have dropped off a cliff . I still have my original shares , and I'm glad I didn't sell for a profit . I know that I was not found wanting when the CLUB needed to be bailed out . Celtic could have ended up as a footnote in history . Thank you Fergus , we live on with history intact !:50:

I have considered buying some shares for my wee bhoy, but could only afford £50 at the most at xmas time.
Reading through the threads, it looks like a stockbroker is the best bet.

Listen just buy what you can afford I was doing really well in job and I just invested my bonus in the shares . But only buy what you can afford to lose as there is no guarantee with shares

They'll no doubt be doing it at certain intervals once they've accrued a certain number of orders, saving them money.

    Celtic share issue

Recent events got me thinking and with other teams having share issues left right and center and celtic screaming out for a top class striker (we will see how the big serb turns out) would you as a fan put into say a 10 million share issue on the promise of say a 6/7 million pound BLUE CHIP player and his wages .....this would then be covered by what we raised.

My shares will never be sold they will always be in my family my daughter is getting them then hopefully her kids will get them and so on. They share I bought and like many of us bought where never to make money only so we owned part of our famous club with our history and future intact. Unlike the other club from the south side who cannot say the same although they do try lol

Don't buy the Solo shares that you have to pay £29 for.
There are various companies out there that will let you trade online but some wouldn't allow me to buy Celtic shares for some reason.
At moment I have about 1500 shares which I started buying this year.
    PM me for the company.
Once you sign up to the company read their fees which recently changed.
You will need to link a bank account to the share account you set up.
You will receive passwords and codes through the post, separately, and once you have them you need to transfer cash into the share account then buy the shares.
I bought shares and the fee was £5.95 which was the fee I pay for each transaction (not share).
You just need to read T&c's before doing anything.

It could be the way forward for us while we are stuck in scotland with very little income, we have a list of transfer targets that we can vote on and top of the list we make the bid for and he signs on a 3 year deal then we do the same thing every 3 years or so and keep it rolling this way we get the players we really want and the board have to abide by it in some way whether it be a contract or some what....We have to start thinking outside the box because the way it is just now we are drifting further and further behind other big teams in europe

He's the definition of classy, runs 5 metres a game, gets two touches of the ball and somehow scores a hattrick without breaking a sweat.

Pity I didn't know at the start of the year what I know now . The Solo Way is no way to go far too expensive .
