Being wide awake at 2am when you have to get up at 5am for work

 

Ah that's no use. I find it hard to sleep if I'm on the iPad etc but a quick read of a book & im out like a light after 5mins. Maybe try that

 

A good * usually sends me right to sleep.

 

Think its just the usual sunday fear of the week ahead & knowing im doing a 10 hour shift on a bank holiday lol

I know the feeling. Used to do 12hr shifts for a bit, dreaded going to sleep knowing what I was waking up to. Granted, working on a bank holiday makes it even worse.

 

Im usually off on a monday aswell just covering which makes it 10x worse! Id be aswell staying up now

 

Scottish folk on Twitter. Stop writing utter * in a Scottish dialect and thinking it's * hilarious.

 

Probably are tbh. Always end up feeling worse waking up after a couple of hrs of sleep than just pushing through it. Don't suppose there's any chance u can get your head down for a bit during the day?

 

Just offering some advice.

My da came to watch me play for the school one day, left after 5 mins. When I got home(2 mins walk) he was nowhere to be seen. Dunno what's worse.

I'm referring to the loud mouth * who stand and shout and roar at kids.
