brown v gattusso

just wondering what peoples thoughts on this midfield battle are in wake of the champs league draw.
both players have a similar will and desire and are really aggressive,personally i believe browns got a better football brain and will dominate.

 

unfortunetly i think this time gattuso will just have the edge more down to experience than anything else but next year...............

 

I wouldn't say Brown has a better football brain than a player who has went to the highest heights football has to offer. Despite that I feel that if the players around Brown play well and he plays well then we could have a chance to dominate the Milan midfield for good spells.

 

Honestly i think guttusso ha sthe edge and this is from a footballing type of way.
he has the experience and has shown he has an endless amount of aggresion and will always go at you.
Brown is the same but i think cant read aswel as gattusso mainly down to experience in the end.

 

This will be one helluva midfield battle, two guys totally committed, neither wanting to give an inch. Gattuso has an edge with experience that's for sure, but for my money Brown has the better engine, he has youth on his side if he keeps a calm head and plays to his full potential he could dominate Gattuso.

 

Gattuso is like a more accomplished Brown , Browns carear has just begun and even though he has shown true class and his performances have been great he curently cannot match a man, even tho he was a hun, whom has whom th European cup and won the World Cup. I am not saying he will ot be at the same level of play as Rino n a number of years.

 

i'm not too sure who will come out on top but it's gonna be a cracking battle

gattusso's a world cup,seria A and champs league winner and he intimidates players with his work ethic and desire but brown will match and exceed him,he will not be intimidated.

I think will get the better of Gattuso IMO-as long as he keeps the head. I would say that Brown is a more skillful player and I hope that he uses his skill to beat him.
Was Gattuso as good as Brown at his age? I don't think so and I think if Brown continues to develop his game then he will eclipse Gattuso.

 

Milan play a hard game in midfield. They have Gattuso, Ambrosini and could even play Emerson with them. It's difficult to get by these players... Brown will have a really big challenge, and if he can make it then I will be very happy, for an unexperienced and young guy like him, if he can perform against the very best def mid in Europe, then it makes clearer to me he is gonna be an absolute star

 

Will be interesting to see how Donatti performs!
Hope rino looses his head and gets sent off!!! - Brown has the potential to be just as good a player, can't wait to see the battle.

i think at the moment gattuso has it over brown, just because he is experienced, won world cup, CL, serie A but got the stripped but still. i think brown still has to develop but will eventually be as good or even better as gattuso. but we will see until the game happens
