I've backed Ronny thus far, but even I can't see how he can possibly see us into next season. I don't think he has what it takes to turn this around.

Question is, do we sack him now? I say no, because he's still performing domestically and I doubt there's anyone out there at the moment who'll fit the bill.

We definitely need to be looking for his replacement now, be it someone who comes in immediately if available or in the summer if need be.

There is no fear factor anymore around Celtic, we look pretty much an ordinary SPL side that anybody would fancy their chances against. And if Mulgrew has just walked off the pitch, it is another sign Deila lost the dressing room long time ago.

Awwwwww so you're telling me no wins in the group stages at home is acceptable? In fact you're telling me that no wins in 10 in Europe is acceptable? Are you telling me a that 4 wins, 2 against part timers, in , circa 30 games is acceptable?

Mowbray had better performances from his team in Europe than this clown.

    Sack Deila NOW.
We are out so it won't make any * difference if he goes now.
He shouldn't be given the chance to * up the CL qualifiers for next season.

I thought Ronny got his tactics spot on with the personnel he had available.

However I won't forgive him for having a lack of depth in DM in the squad.

We should be looking now, in fact we should have been looking months ago. No point in sacking him and letting Collins take over in the interim though. I would love to see us really make a statement and get Moyes but the more likely scenario is that we will do nothing.

The board are so passive it's unreal.

Why he named 2 strikers on the substitutes bench baffles me, he has no intention of ever playing 2 up front and couldn't even get 1 of them on when we're heading out of europe

We are slowely becoming a non entity in Europe, at this rate we will be the team everyone wants in next years EL draw (we can forget getting near the CL).

For the game against Fenerbahce the whole * first team should be dropped and let the youngsters show what it means to fight for the club.

Is it * when every bit of opposition score 2+ goals against us, we have sank that far people are actually accepting it, the quality of opposition that has beat us under his reign has made us a complete laughing stock, we are the team teams want to draw when these draws are made, coz it would be * easy...... naw good enough the managers * hopeless

I'd rather we sacked him now, because lets be honest there's no chance with whoever we bring in that they are going to lose the league it's not like we have any competition. Bring in someone else who has time to establish themselves before having a go at Europe. Because I know what will happen if we keep Ronny till summer, we'll start to play well in the league even maybe win the treble then most people will want to give him another chance to stay and * us up in Europe once again.

RD: Second-half we created chances to win it but in the end we lost because of a couple of easy mistakes.

RD on Griffiths: Griffiths has scored a lot of goals and we got chances. He’ll score more goals in the future.

RD: There was more energy in the team today and the second-half was very positive.

RD: We had a very young team and they showed a lot of talent but in the end it was not good enough.

RD: I see that we are younger and there are a lot of players that haven’t played at this level.

RD: The results are not the same as last year but the group is better. We deserved more this year than last year.

RD: It’s small details that will get us through and next year everyone knows what we want.

RD: We buy talent and players who can be champions league players. No one is at that level in the first game.

RD: The message to all the fans is that we’ll be ready next year and that's the task I have.

RD: I’m very disappointed that we’re not through but we can only look forward.

RD: We will bounce back. I’ve done it before and I will do it here too.

I'm starting to feel sorry for Ronny now. With every European game it becomes more obvious that he's not up to the job. Time to put him out of his misery.
Tonight wasn't maybe quite as embarrassing as some recent displays but we surely have to set our standards higher than that.
Give a cheap option, inexperienced manager a big job and allow him to sign bargain basement players, this is the unsurprising result.

It doesnt matter how many subs he makes or how we line up, tactically it never seems to change no matter if we ar 1-0 up or 1-0 down.
