How Many Transfers?

my thoughts exactly. He said last year that he likes to get the transfer business over and done with, and we've seen that this pre-season with Donati/Brown/Killen/Mcdonald etc coming through the doors at an early stage, Doumbe being the only real delay due to his loan contract fee. OK a few younger players as well as a result of the new scouting system as well (as well as old!!!) but imo we have a deep squad, the best in the spl and enough cover for the campaign ahead. I'd be surprised if he added anyone else to what he already has available

Hopefully, Balde, Gravesen, Jarosik and Zurawski to go. Thats a nice weight off the wage bill.

Dunno if a very good signing could be turned around in time but

1-3 players in but I dont mind none coming in and we give our youths/reserves a boost up the pecking order, we've plenty of them that can use the game time.

 

id agree we do ahve some solid younger players members like sheridan who i think could warrant a look see in league play...when we played pguys like odea they ahve been a success but you never know how theyll be unless you give them a shot...
but id still like to see at least one solid transfer coming in ...! a star player

 

I think Jarosik will go and nobody will come in.

Tommy G and Diek will be left as resevers till Christmas at least.
