It's hardly an immovable object up against an unstoppable force

We are Immovable and spartak are not unstoppable ,hence for victory we shall march , to go forward ,swift and sure , Passion and victory pulsating through our veins ,we shall STOMP STOMP STOMP , VIVA GLASVEGAS CELTICAS

I hope Hartley starts and we use McGeady as an impact player. With Kenny out then we lack pace off the bench because i don't think deeks is very quick
. Also McGeady has been poor early on this season, has never really performed in Europe and i would prefer the extra defensive cover infront of Naylor who i think they are going to attack.

Is this crazy talk or does anyone else want to demand Paul Hartley??

same team as sat would be great. its a winning formula, i think thats poss our strongest team anyway. only the left wing is a bit suspect

Its a difficult one. Aidans a frustrating mix of skill and a poor football brain but I think playing Hartley may mean we are too defensive and play like we did in Russia. I think I would start with Saturdays team try to knock one or two goals in then bring Hartley on to shut up shop. If I was WGS I would tell Aidan to back track like his life depends on it or its Deeks time till Xmas.

At the end of the day if we don't concede then we are through no matter if we score or not. My major worry is our left flank being totally exposed due to McGeady's ball losing and naylor's lack of form. I don't think Deek is the answer though, i just hope WGS brings in another winger before the deadline.

    we could place an advert

New left winger sought. Aberdonian dwarf preferred. Must have GSOH and an ability to seek forgiveness. Starting berth guaranteed as present incumbant is world champion beach boogier.

I'm getting very nervous Now,Only 5 hours and 45-mintues to go bhoys+ghirls for the Bhoys to push all the way to get into the CL proper but make No-Mistake about it this Spartak Moscow side are very, very good but if we can get an early goal or Two I'm pretty sure we'll win but we must defend 110% and I'm sure Boruc will do all he can to stop a goal being scored against Him,Sparetak moscow Think that Aiden+Naylor will be the weak link in our side,Lets hope they prove them wrong,Hartley might start instead of Aiden.

Also the crowd will play there part tonight and I'm hoping the Spartak Moscoew players Freeze with the pressure.

Celtic park on Europeane Nights is Fecking awesome.

I personaly think Skippy will pay us back tonight by scoring the goal/s that sends us through to the CL group-Stages,Remember those goals he scored for Motherwell which ment we lost the league,Well Thats why i think Skippy will score as he'll be out to help the bhoys through and all will be forgotten.

We get an early goal-game over- but if Spartak Moscow score first:eek:it could be a very long 90-mintues bhoys+ghirls.

Remember have faith bhioyts+ghirls as I'm sure the bhoys will do it(Please Ghod Let them through!!)

    Mon The Bhoys!!

spartak are not afraid of shooting. they are a team with alot of goals in them.
it'll be a VERY hard game.
just because we got a DRAW away dosn't mean we'll win at home
unlike redstar sparktak actually have strikers. strikers who can score.
still think celtic will do it but it'll be hard.

In fact, if either team scores early - it may, in a sense, prove a relief: with still nothing at all lost, the other side will plunge forward with all of the guns blazing and there will be a great deal of firewords and action to watch.
If, on the other hand, there is no goal for too long, that will indeed be a nerve-testing ordeal - on both sides.
As everything for both the hosts and the visitors will then be hanging on a thread.
