You mean Celtic supporters who are backing the management and the team?

Why are you always so angry, mate?

I didn't ask you about the huns, did I? I asked you if you think winning a one horse race was an achievement to be proud of.

I'm not alluding to it being an embarrassment, pal. I'm calling it a foregone conclusion.

I was proud to be in the Champions League too. My argument is I wasn't proud to beat Cliftonville, Elfsborg or Karagandy. I don't walk out of Parkhead with a raging stauner beaming with pride after we beat St Johnstone, do you?

One question. Do you think that Celtic will win every game they are expected to win? Answer YES or NO

Said it a couple of times but ,,,,,,fans say they want competitive
teams in Scotland but when we get beat it's time to have a thread
about "time for Lennon to go?"

    You couldn't make it up.

The other team's in Scotland & their fans can only dream
of being in our position on a daily basis, they would have a better
understanding of how to accept a defeat better than
    a lot on here.

& i hope no nobsack comes away with

    "show me a good loser & i will show you a loser"

Every team loses some a lot more than others we are very very fortunate
with our choice of team because with Celtic you get far, far more
good days than bad ,& people should appreciate that.

No, but I'll stop you in your tracks. Your talking of thousands of games, literally. I'm talking 6. Three of which that could be rendered irrelevant by the first leg scores.

He's went through enough with Celtic for him to be entitled to his opinion.

Were you at the game btw? The 'we are all Neil Lennon' banner in 111 would suggest people still support him. I sang his name along with everyone around me.

So you don't speak for anyone other than yourself here.

I didn't say it wasn't something to be proud of but it wasn't something id consider to be a massive achievement. The rewards of getting to the CL are massive, but given the opposition we faced it wasn't a massive achievement. Something to be proud of yes, massive achievement, no.

    Aye, you did actually! :56::56::56:

Winning your domestic league is something to be proud of.

So, you were proud to be in the Champions League, but weren't proud of us beating the teams that we were drawn against? Okay then........

I'm proud of any victory my team gains.

    I wasn't no.

Careful now .... Have you ok'd this with the Kim Jong il brigade ? This could be viewed as not being the views of a REAL Celtic fan.

Do you mean just one in thousand or maybe more realistic would be 1 in 50. The six games you mention have every bit as much chance of being that 1 in 50 as any other game.

Do you rate the Swedish league so far behind the SPL that you think that playing the Swedish champions is a forgone conclusion???

I would probably go a bit further. I don't think beating Elfsborg and Karagandy is something to be proud about. I think they are potential banana skins we did well to avoid so we should be pleased. And that is about it really. Looking at the money we spent and our resources I don't think we should be taking pride in winning these games. It was the most likely outcome.

But likewise, people seem to argue this point but then criticise Celtic's performance in the group stages. But I see that in the exact same way. It was disappointing but hardly a disgrace to finish behind 3 teams that are bigger and richer than you are. Again, it was the most likely outcome.

I think Europe wise, this season our achievements were exactly in line with expectation. Nothing to celebrate and nothing to feel ashamed about.

The domestic cups is where we have let ourselves down.

If you actually READ it correctly, I never said anything about actually physically attending games, I meant actually TAKING it in and TAKING in what's happening at the club - considering you came out with absolute nonsense about their being no positives this season.

And, erm.....that's the pot calling the kettle black, is it not? I'd imagine you find yourself to be a better Celtic supporter than the "pro-Lennon brigade" you've been harping on about now for the last while?

I didn't ask you about the Huns. I asked you if you think winning a league without them (the only challenger) is an achievement to be proud of. That clearly isn't a question about the huns, so shut yer hole.

I was indeed proud that we were rubbing shoulders with three of Europe's heavyweights in Barcelona, Milan and Ajax. How does being proud to be in a group with those 3 mean you need to be proud to have beaten * Cliftonville?

You spoke in a past tense, the people who 'defended him' 'loved him' 'sang his name'. A great number of Celtic supporters continue to back him as displayed by the banner in 111 and songs in support of him at the game.

To suggest he has betrayed the support is bullshit. He has layed his life on the line for this club and is more entitled to an opinion than anyone. Even if we disagree with it.

Your earlier point about 'Lennon not playing much better football than anyone' is nonsense imo, in a season where we have beat Hearts 7-0, Motherwell 5-0 and scored 15 goals in 4 games. You want attacking football, where have you been this season?

Are you * me, best post???:56: It has absolutely nothing to do with Lennons managing abilities... A load of sentimental * about supporting Celtic. I know what it is to support Celtic...
